GRC-AC10.0-Work Inbox Service Error

Hi Forum,

After raising access request, it is showing that request created and
pending with APPROVER in audit trial.

But when I login as Approver and clicked on My Home->Work Inbox, throwing an error page.

Checked in SICF...service GRFN_POWL_INBOX is active state.

Under "My Home" tab all links are working good except "Work Inbox" link.

When I click on that link it is giving error with termination type: RABAX_STATE.

In another project I did it is working good and i have not maintained

any logon data in SICF for service GRFN_POWL_INBOX.

SP levels:
NW ABAP 7.02- SP12
GRC - SP10

OS: Windows 2008 server

DB: SAP Max DB 7.8

Hallo Sathish.

We had the same problem even though we are on GRC V10.0 Release 702 an SP13.

For this personal object worklist we resolved the issue updating APPROVER backend role including the authorization object: CA_POWL with following values:

POWL_APPID=GRFN_INBOX;POWL_QUERY=01;POWL_CAT= ;POWL_LSEL= ;POWL_TABLE= ;POWL_RA_AL=

I hpoe this resolve the issue

Hi Sathish,

The error does not look like configuration or GRC specific. Maybe you can search for note in POWL component.
