How to capture one off third party packing cost in the production order

Dear Experts,

Please advise how to capture one off third party packing expense(subcontract) in the production order. Normally we do packing in house. however we had to send a few orders to due some issues in our packing line.

Please find the details below

1. Issued Materials to 3rd party packing company - (Not recorded in SAP)

2. Received Finished Goods -  (Not recorded in SAP)

3. Issued materials to the order as if we are producing it in house and No labour recorded.

How we'll capure 3rd party packing expense including transportation to the order?

Hi,

If this question is related to SAP Manufacturing Execution solution (not SAP ERP), then please consider using Custom Data fields for either Shop Order level or Container level.

I just want to know how we can capture this one off subcontacting cost in the production order. If I don't capture this cost, then I'll get a favourable variance when I settle this production order. Hope you understand my query

SAP ME does not deal with costs - so I guess your question is related to ERP indeed. Please try to find the appropriate site here and re-post the question.
