Hi
We are receiving this error in SRM shopping cart: “Application was terminated; you can close the window” when we click on the close button after ordering is completed. Does anyone have any idea why we are getting this and how to correct it?

Thanks Sharat and Ricardo. I forgot to mention but this problem occurs only in Production. We are on same patch level across the landscape. I wonder what is different between Prod and QA. I am trying to pin point the issue but not sure where to start looking.
This happens only when user place order and after placing order they are closing window.
