Test Incident Message to SAP from WebClient and Workcenter

I am configuring Solution Manager 7.1 Service Desk from Workcenter to WebClient. To test this I need to send test Inicident messages to SAP using both interfaces

What is the proper method to send a test incident message to SAP using WebClient?

Hello Former Member,

Create incident message in WebClinet  go to SAP Collaboration assigment block and send message to sap.

To do this you should maintain table in aisuser tcode (add s-number to your Solution Manager user).

If I am specifically making a test incident message just to ensure that it is able to be sent properly, is there a seperate procedure?

If not, is there another way to identify that this message is a test other than simply stating it in the description?
