Archiving the Equipment's with usages?

Dear Guru's,

I am trying to archive the equipment's which are having usages Like ( order,Notification....) i created one equipment and created notification and order with that equipment and i closed both of them and try to archive them but system is not allowing me to do so.

Could you please tell the procedural steps on how to do archiving of equipment which are having usage's?

1. Open Orders
2. Open Notifications
3. Equipment installed to Superior Object
4. Maintenance Plan
5. Task List
6. Measuring Point
7. etc.,

The given link has explained the removal of dependencies & executing the archival of equipment.

Specify the error you are getting.

In IH01 first check if there are any orders or notification open for that Functional location or equipment by selecting menu option Environment - Notifications /orders. You have do business closer of order and teco of notifications.
