SRM Rule Set in GRC Access Control

Hi SAP experts,

I'm working on an SRM SOD ruleset in GRC Access Control 5.3; as SRM is not really transaction but iView based, it's sometimes tedious and time consuming to get at the underlying authorizations of the conflicting actions that we would like to add to the ruleset.

Does anyone have any SRM SOD rules they've already created that I could leverage?

Thanks!

Hello Amanda,

Even we are looking forward for the same.

Are there any rulesets available for SCM, XI 7.1 , BW 7.0, SOLMAN 7.0??

Thanks & Regards,

Premjit Ger

Hi Amanda,

we use SAP ERP combined with SRM for purchasing.

To include the cross system SODs we have added the SRM authorisation objects

BBP_PD_SC(ACTVT: 01 and 02) providing authorisation for Create Shopping Carts to the relevant GRC functions.

There are no transactions from SRM to be added as only object authorisations are checked during SRM purchasing process.

So the result of the user level RA shows cross system SODs for a user if SRM authorisation for Create Shopping Cart and ERP authorisation for Confirm Goods Receipt is assigned.

Regards,

Markus
