Attachments in SRM

Hi Team,

In every document in SRM one can attach a file, I want to put a url linking to a sharepoint or any other web based file repository and not directly look for a file on the serever.

Is it possiable to set it up in SRM/

Hi,

Assuming you are on SRM 7,If you are very keen to have it as a Hyperlink which can be clicked,

Web Dynpro has a link to URL UI element. You may consider using it by configuring a custom field on Shopping Cart.

If you want to keep it simple and standard SAP, then above suggestion of Ritesh is the way to go.

Hi Raz,

In Order to achieve this, You can utilize Internal Note section in Shopping cart where requester put Link to the file on Sharepoint server or web based repository. Internal Notes from SC line item pass to the PR and PO in ECC and where Buyer can review the document based on the link.
