Price is not getting copied from sales order item to purchase requisition in third party process.

The form to update PR fields is being called before XKOMV is populated and so PR is not getting price from sales order item. Instaed price is coming from material master.

Requiement is to fetch sales order price in PR.

Hi,

We are using a Z form in MV45AFZB to copy data from sales order to PR.

Earlier we were having 2 level BOM explosion so that after the main item was added in sales order, all details were added in internal table XVBEP, XVBAP and XKOMV. Based on this XKOMV price was being updated in PR through the Z form. This was done even before the subitem was added in the order.

We have done a recent change. We are overwriting the main item with the subitem as customer wants only 1 item in the order. But in this case XKOMV is not getting populated for the subitem before the Z form to update PR fields is called. So PR price is not coming from sales order but instead from material master.

Hello,

We have found the solution. Calling the same form to overwrite EBAN price based on XKOMV. This we are doing at save exit.
