SAP GUI + Picture via URL = Problem

Hello Community,

this is my first post in SCN

We have a SAP-Program from an external partner which displays an image in a Container - well it should display it.

(Coding looks good so far, debugging of the program brought no new results or ideas)

On some clients it works (image is displayed) on some not (no image) just the empty DynPro.

We've done some testing, it seems to be machine depending. (different win user/different SAP user etc)

We also played with the Security Module settings without any changes. (completly deactivated, reactivated etc)

When we take the Image-URL from the debugger an open it on the client, the image is working, so it does not look like a firewall/networking problem.

We're using SAP GUI 730 + SAP GUI 720 on WinXP, updating the GUI brought no results so far.

Now I ran out of ideas...

Hello Dennis.

99% of the time, the sapgui is set to use low speed connection.

If you ensure that the GUI is not using this feature, the picure should be displayed correctly.

this was a nice idea, I've double checked it - but slow connection is disabled.
