Issue with “Item Spend versus Award

Hi,

In the reports section of contract management, there is report
named “Item Spend versus Award”. When this report is run, a named
as “Total Actual Spend” is mentioned which is right now not showing any
value. Can you please let me know as to where this field or value is
located in the MA and from which source it picks the result. I have
tried searching the MA line item list, but failed to find any such
field in it.

Please help to identify this field and it’s correct result value.

Hi Vishali,

The data is coming from the TOTAL_ACTUAL_SPEND_PRICE column on the FCI_CONTRACT_LINEITEM table. This field is relevant and will be visible on the Line Item UI only when the Spend & Compliance module is used. Please note, Spend & Compliance module in Sourcing is really not positioned anymore.

In future release this report will be updated so that it will not be visible if spend & compliance is not enabled.
