How to Create new Vendor with restricted Country

For protecting the general data for vendor there are 4 ways.

- globally : F_LFA1_GEN

- by field grouping: F_LFA1_BEK. it relates to LFA1-BEGRU

- via account group: L_LFA1_GRP. It relates to LFA1-KTOKK

- On a field by field: L_LFA1_EAN

If your requirement is to restrict drop down of selected country codes (because user1 does not want to see ALL country codes but user2 wanted to see more), then the easiest (no programming development) way to handle it is via "insert from personal list".

step 1: select the country key drop down

step 2: select "insert from personal list" icon on top (5th)

step 3: get whatever country codes the user prefer and add it to personal list
