Solution Manager Structure

Hi,

Inside the Solution Manager Project Structure, Organizational Units and Master data are mandatory Folders?

If we don't need are we allowed to remove? Will it affect any other data Transformation from Solman to HP QC?

No

Its the default structure and you cannot delete those structure elements

there is no harm when you transfer elements from solman to QC with these elements existing for your project even you are not using.
