is there a possibility to use ONE SolMan for multiple system landscapes e.g. like a service provider who connects several small customers to one system as they do not want to run their own SolMan.
Yes, it's called Solution Manger for VARs. See the attached link for more information on the topic, you should at least read the FAQ. I would look carefully at all restrictions before making the implementation decision. There are known restrictions which might make it non suitable for your scenario.
