How to add extra fields on 'Request for change' Web UI screen

Hi,

When I open 'Request for change' screen I see below partner fuctions on the standard screen

Sold-to-Party

Requester

Change Manager

Change Advisory Borad

I want to add below extrs partner functions

Reported By

User Name

Change Owner

etc

How to add these extra fields on 'Request for Change' screen ?

Do we have step by step process for adding extra partner function / fields on WEB UI screen.

Hi Kumar,

You can add them through costumizing Web UI object Request for Change for this:

1. Log in as WEB UI administrator

2. Open any Rfc

3. Press Show Configurable Areas

4. Choose block Details

5. Choose Show Available Fields

6. Find your fields add them to block with buttons + -

7. Save be happy

Thanks Dan,

I defined new Partner Function' Change Owner' in SPRO partner function.

I am not able to see this field in web UI 'Available Fields'.

Is there any settings to make to appear Z Partner functions in ' Available Fileds'

I've tried this also in past... but my Z-Partner functions not showed in Web UI

The only way i found is adding this fields by customization Web UI.

Can you say what Z Partner functions you want to add? in Customizing of Web UI you can rename all fields.

If you want own not standard partner function with own logic... for this you will need to enhance Rfc.
