Displaying Data in SAP APO DP Planning Book

Hi all,

By default the Planning Book displays data from the current period (months),
then you can scroll back if you want to see data from the past periods.

But we have a requirement from the client that it should display data from
the last two periods (months) once the planning book is open.

Does anyone have an idea how this can be achieved?

Hello,

You can achieve this by giving Offset value in the Data view tab.

Go to TA: /sapapo/sdp8b

open your planning book in change mode

Go to data view  tab

In the offset field give number of periods you want to skip to display.

For eg. if currently it displays 07.2007 then if you give 24 in Offset field

Next time when you open the planning book it will display the data from 07.2009
