Dear Experts
We have a Factory Calendar with one wrong date defined as Public Holiday.
I tried to insert a new line with the date in transaction /sapapo/calendar - Period tab, but the system didn't allow me to insert a date that is set as Holiday.
On the transaction SCAL I couldn't find how to modify the public holidays.
Could you help me clarifying how to adjust it?
tks in advance
Camila
Hii camila,
If the public holidays already assigned to any calendar you can't modify it . To modify the public holiday you have to remove from corresponding Holidays calendars. Then you can able to modify the public holidays. And then assign it to the holiday calendars.
If the public holidays already been assigned to more than one holiday calendar it is better to create another public holiday with correct type ( floating/fixed etc..) and the correct date. and assign the same to the corresponding holiday calendar.
After assigning has been complete, cross check the same in factory calendar, if it is matched then generate the corresponding time streams assigned to this calendar. Then only it'll reflect in time streams....

Hi Camila,
In T-code SCAL, you need to remove holiday calander from your factory calander.
Then you need to remove wrong date from your holiday calander.
Once your holiday calander is set, you can assign the same to your factory calander.
This should solve your query.
