Problem with credit management

Hi,

Gurus

I have a problem in credit management, actually i maintained all requirements for automatic credit management, but i am not getting pop up when i am raising the sales order, please any one help me.

Hi ramesh,

check whether you have maintained value 'A' for the field subtotal in the pricing procedure(V/08) against the total or net value. Also once again review settings in ova8, vov8, fd32.

yes i maintained the subtotal 'A' in procedure(V/08), but same problem.

Hope you have maintained the proper risk category.Also check the credit group in ovak..it should be 01..Do revert after checking these settings

Hi,

Yes, i cheked there, but same problem. i have small dought, i maintained the sub total 'A' for price condition type, what is against to total and net value.

Hi

I hope if might have checked Credit active at Item Category level

Also you can put no credit check routine in OVA8 and check if credit management is

triggered or not in fresh sales order.

Hi,

   Check whether you have activated the Credit control for the sales Document type in VOV8.

Hi,

1.Please clarify your value in reaction fiiled

2.Hope FD32 maintained properly

3.Check your item category and order type  and ensure that you have activated the credit management
