Logical System Name assigned to Business System repeatedly disappearing
Dear PI Counterparts,
I am encountering a continuously occuring problem on the SLD. The Logical System assigned to a Business System is repeatedly disappearing and causing the following error when messages are being processed in the integration engine:
I have a Logical System name assigned to a Business system as displayed below:
However, it is often disappearing and I have to click on "Modify" and change the client to "000" and then back to "100", and save it again. This is the only temporary solution I have found and it is not acceptable for a live system.
I then have load the Integration Directory and select the Business System concerned, click on Adapter-Specific Identifiers and then "Compare with System Landsacpae Directory" to re-import the Logical System name. Then I save and activate.
Only then can I reprocess the messages in error in the integration engine.
Would you please have any idea on the source of the problem and more importantly a permanent solution?
