Dear

I have one material for that insp lot is assigned-04 type.I have created one order & confirm that order.Automatically inspection lot is created.

After that I did UD for that material.

After 7 days client is telling to cancel that order.

So now at that time of cancel order system is showing-qa046 error.

how to overcome from this

Hi,

ur lot already cleared from QA, so first of all check whether the stock is there or not. If qty. which is there in ur order is available in UNRES stck then cancel the order and take the UD reversal and reprocess it again as per ur client requirement.

my Question is: what message u get during cancellation and UD reversal is available in your system or not?

Diagnosis

You are attempting to reverse a goods receipt although quantity postings have already been made from the inspection lot. This means that stock for the goods receipt has already been transferred and, for this reason, a cancelation of the document is no longer possible.

Procedure

Ensure that the postings in QM (within the usage decision transactions) are carried out.

Correct

so as per the message u are already cleared the lot partially from the QA, then use UD reversal program and retransfer the QTY which u have posted in unresticted use, once ur qty updated in an inspection lot then system will allow you to cancel ur order.

IF ud reversal program is not available with you then implement

u need to provide this sap note to ur technical team , first the basis guy and then programmer, u need to sit with programmer and guide them.

Reverse the original 321 movement document with this note. MBST or MIGO may be used for that
