Can anyone share some scenarios in Heirarchy rebates.

Hi,

You can base a rebate on a customer hierarchy.

Certain customers get a 1% rebate on all materials they or their subsidiaries buy from you. The subsidiaries must be linked to the rebate recipient within a customer hierarchy.

Use agreement type 0004.

When you create a condition record, you must enter a settlement material.

Iam looking at similar rebates. My scenario says that the distributor will get 10% discount and dealer will get 6% discount.

Can you explain me little more in details to set it up in SD along with the customer hierarchay concept.

Hi

I am have the following materials

Material Material Group Material Class

Pen Wrting equipments Stationery

Pencil Wrting equipments Stationery

Telephone Communications Electronics

Keyboard Computers Electronics

See the above list

If i say,

if you have total buy exceeds in wrting equipment by 100000, i wil rebate 3 %

if you have total buy in stationery exceeds by 1000000, i wil rebate 4 %

such a thing is called hierarchy rebate

Material class is above the material group in hierarchy
