Delete position in shopping cart

Hi

Is it possible to control the deletion of an item in the shopping cart based on the status?

For example: Status "Follow-on document created" --> Deletion of position should not be possible.

System: SRM 7.0, classic scenario.

Hi Beat,

Per standard SC line item can not be deleted once it has follow-on document created and/or status of the sc is approved.

Could you please advise what behavior exactly you are experiencing with your SRM.

Please refer Note 1649794 - Status dependent control of Shopping Cart on when deletion of item in cart is allowed.

If you want to disallow Item deletion, you have to create meta data with dynamic class.
