Create Dynamic file using SOAP to FILE

I'm new to PI/XI. I know the basic of creating soap to file but now i want to create dynamic file name using soap to file if any one know plz share your valuable knowledge.

i have already go through it but it does not create any dynamic file and also it did not throw any error if you can tell me what could i do?
