APOKZ Field not getting updated

Dear Experts,

We regenerate IM every weekend, also run program RAPOKZFX to remove inconsistencies. But then we found that this is not working.

there were a few cases which we found and even if we run RAPOKZFX only for that material and plant , it does not show up any inconsistency and have to regenerate IM for that material / plant to have the APOKZ Field activated to 3.

Normally when you regenerate IM and running RAPOKZFX should solve the issues.

Do you know what could be the issue?

Program RAPOKZFX for adjusting field APOKZ of table MARC.

You execute the program RAPOKZFX and the program RCIFIMAX

Using the table CIF_IMAX, the program RAPOKZFX discovers whether an active integration model exists for a material.  If the table CIF_IMAX does not contain any entries, the program RAPOKZFX determines that an active integration model does not exist for all materials specified in the selection screen.  For all these materials, the program RAPOKZFX deletes the entry for the field MARC-APOKZ.

Please note :- Do not execute the program RAPOKZFX and the program RCIFIMAX in parallel with the action "Generate".

To correct the inconsistencies on the APOKZ Field, you have the following options:

Deactivate and reactivate the Integration Model for Material Master Data which contains the affected Material;

Execute report RIMODINI (initial load) for the Integration Model for Material Master Data which contains the affected Material;

Run report RAPOKZFX (recommended).

thank rupesh, we found that its because there are too many IMs active for Master data and had to regenerate all and then run the RAPOKZFX program. now it works.
