1.what are the sap ewm HUM devices and brands of best compatible

Hi,

I believe that purely all are "best compatible" devices, where as SAP doesnt recommend any particular third party devices for handling HUM. These differs country to country as per available sources.

The first and final solution should be - "Data read by devices must be convertible into SAP readable format". This your development team will also need to study and recommend a best devices.
