SAP Table Technical Attributes Change Transportation

Hi,

I have changed the SAP standard table CRMD_ORDER_INDEX technical attributes in development system, and released the work bench request in development system, later it was imported in quality and production, the import was successfull in both quality and production system but the technical attributes of the table that was changed in development system are not moved to either quality or production system.

When I came back had a look at the development system, every thing seems to be fine and when I compare the table technical attributes using version mgmt,

I found the active version was the old version where my changes are not there, Please let me know how we can transport technical attributes changes of table across different clients, any reference documents or steps are highly appreciated. Below I have attached the screen shot of development system for your reference.

Any recent update of the SAP patch to the system would have made your changes disappear and made it old version.

Changing any standard table definitely needs SAP help. Go for a OSS message.
