PGI in wrong date

Hi Experts,

I have a issue that user did the pgi in 31- dec-12 and due to some reason he had to reverse the same but user made the reverse pgi in 01-jan-13

now we don't have stock in 31-dec-12 month .we need stock in 31-dec-12 and also need reverse cogs accounting entry please suggest how can i handle this issue.

and also please suggest is it possible to reverse the pgi in back date means if i did the pgi in 25-dec-12 and on 27 -dec-12 is it possible to reverse in 25-dec-12

please suggest.......

hi

you want change the dates like , go to vl09 here you find the define reversal date icon is their

here change the dates based on your requirement , but after pgi date

hi

go to se16n , here give the table name MKPF and enter the PGR document number

and  enter the t code :  &sap_edit  then press enter then system accept the edit mode , then execute , change the posting date , then save

same thing you can do the BKPF table also

thanks reddy ,

but it will make impact on cogs accounting or not...and can i have stock in back date after changing the pgi date

thats i told , first change the MKPF table then change the BKPF

Then it not happen in cogs also ,

use only option change the dates at table level , then only it possible
