We have a customer who sends in the EDI DELFOR and recently changed the customer plant location ( WERKS ) on the IDOC.
This particular IDOC updates the Scheduling Agreements.
We have maintained the update value in VD02 and OVAI but still we are not able to process the IDOC.
We get this message as error: Unloading point &1, usage ID &2, sales org. &3, distribution channel &4
Can someone help with this issue please?
Tanya,
Please give the exact error message. WE05 > display the IDOC (Double click on the IDOC row for your IDOC) > Expand Status Records in the left pane > Expand the "51" record > Double Click on the message. What is the message number and the exact text of the entire message?

Unloading point , usage ID S , sales org. S06B , distribution channel 10
Thats the only message.
But i was investigating further and looks like there is a table named M_VLPMA is storing the
information for the Scheduling Agreements.
Initially when the scheduling agreement was created the Delivering plant or partner description ( KNREF ) was xx and now the customer changed it to xx00.
All though the customer master , ovai and also the SA is updated to the current customer location the M_VLPMA -> VLPKM tables still hold the older plant code xx.
Is there a way to flush this of the cache or edit these.
Tanya,
Unfortunately, I have never seen the system generate this message before (looks like message V4 074).
When you updated all your master data in ERP, did you also check your Customer Material Info Records?
What happened when you tested this change in your Qual system? What happens when you process the IDOC interactively?

Please maintain OVA9 and OVAI and then go to BD87 and try to process the idoc manually. if there is not process , check the new message .
