Unable to create travel request !

Dear All,

please find the error below as the user is not able to create travel request,

IT0017 is maintained and ensured the travel dates,Approver also maintained.

What ECC Version/EHP/SP/Stack are you on and have you debugged yet? Are you using WDJ or WDA? Even if you say IT0017 is maintained, the system thinks it isn't.

ECC 6.0, .. EHP 5, SP : 0054 ,,, Stake : Webdynpro ABAP,

Still not enough information, please be more exact. What WDYN Component and What View is throwing this error? I Guess application is FITE_REQUEST, but please provide the component name and view name where this error is thrown, once you have these information, you can search in SE80 where this error message is generated and set a breakpoint there to see what's going wrong.
