I am using PI 7.0 .
We receive a file with records that are sorted in a sequence and need the IDOCS to be created in the same sequence. However, we notice that the IDOCS get generated in arbitrary fashion in ECC.
After processing the file, we comapred the file records to the IDOCS posted and they do not match .
Parallel processing in turned off . Is there some way to force PI to post the IDOCS in the same sequence as received in the file without using BPM ?
Thanks....
can you check with EOIO for that but i m not sure...................

Hi,
Use serialization concept in PI.In mapping fill the EDIDC fields with number generation using counter fn.
