Hello Friends,
i have been installed SAP NW 7.03 ABAP Trial version 64-bit.now, i want to develop a web dynpro
application so at first i open se80 then i select Web dynpro int. from list then create an web dynpro component.
now, when i double click on view name then it shows that page can not be displayed.
i have been set already sicf settings for WDA. and when i open rz10 transaction for setting the host_name_full
parameter then there is no any profile so i import profiles of active server but even there is no any profile.
Please Help me.
First create an application for that component by right clicking on the component and
create webdynpro application..then you can see the path once you
click on that application
it generates a link with http://XXXXXX.Ajay.krishna.com:
Now go and check the above link avaliable in the Drivers as i shown below
As of now my link is avaliable..
if that doesnt exist please copy the above link and paste it as i shown below
Run->drivers->hosts->open with notepad then you can see like below
# For example:
#
# xxx.xx.xx.xx ajay.krishna.com # ajay server
# zzz.zz.zz.zz ajay.abc.com # z ajay host
Note.. "X' is ip address here

Hello Krishna,
Thanks for quick reply.
As you mention above, at first i created an web dynpro component
with the name of 'ZWD_TEST500' and after that i created application
for it with the same name.
URL generated for application is:
http://SAP-PC:0/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/zwd_test500
Content of Host file is:
# Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp.

# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
# be placed in the first column followed by the corresponding host name.
# The IP address and the host name should be separated by at least one
# space.
#
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.

# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
10.10.0.10 SAP-PC
Note:- 10.10.0.10 is the IP of Loopback Adapter and SAP-PC is
my computer name.
but still now, i am not able to see view layout. Please help.
# For example:
#
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # x client host
102.54.94.97 spa-pc:0 # source server... in the host already the above two ip address are there .. now you add the last ip as i added now above... with out disturbing the host content..and try
