Hi  Arunraj R

To cleanup partial installation is always challenging. You need to make sure clean up:

1. Temp folder,

2. Partial installed folder,

3. Related registry for SAP

I already experienced the same issue when installing the sapb1, Please try to locate and delete the sap registry key from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ and itu2019s voila!

Note: Please Backup up your registry before you proceed.

Hi Arunraj

Uninstall all SAP components using the control panel>>programs and features

Clear the Temp folder

Delete the SAP folder from the program files folder on yourC: drive

Then check to see if the following REG KEY exists: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ and itu2019s voila

If its not there reboot your machine then try installing again.

If it doesnt work try installing one component at a time from the Packages folder. Or try using different installation media.

Hope it helps,

D
