Support of SolMan 7.01

Hello,

We are using Solution Manager 7.0 EhP1.

We use it for the Mopz, EWA and Key/Cert.

The official supports ends in 2013.

In order to know what to do concerning our SolMan,

could you please answer the following questions?

1. Is there an extended maintenance support schedule for Solman 7.01?

2. Is there a Solman 7.2 schedule for 2013?

Hi Benoit,

during the latest SolMan 7.1 SPS5 test work shop with SAP they make clear that there will be no EhP 2 for SolMan 7.01, only support packages until 31.12.2013. Development is fully concentrated on SolMan 7.1 with the second "feature pack" (SPS8) planned for May 2013.

I do not know about an extended maintenance.. I think there's no way but upgrading the system.

Basically, what you are saying is that 7.2 is really not in the delivery boxes up to now.

Is it correct?

If someone else would know about the extended support of Solman 7.01,

could you please answer?

Hi Benoit,

Solution Manager 7.2 is not in the delivery boxes until now. Only future Stacks are planned for Solman 7.1

As of date, SAP has not provided any information on extended maintenance on Solman 7.01.
