Inspection Plan not assigned to usage 9

Dear All

We are using Default Inspection type setting for inspection type 08.While doint plant to plant stock transfer we get inspection lot with 8000* ans created the inspection plan but we get inspection lot with status CRTD and when i m trying to assign it shows no inspection plan found.Its shows usage with 9 and i have changed inspection plan with usage 9 also but its not getting assigned.

Please Guide

Inspection plan has been created with MIC having sampling procedure,created plan using differetn usage also,changed the date in inspection lot for current date,nothing worked on.checked spro it shows usage 9

Please follow below steps to solve the Query:

1. Please check the detail inspection type 08 in MM

         tick On Post to insp stock, inspe with tasklist, Automatic assignment & check char .

         Note: Don't tick on both inspe with tasklist & Material specification (Sytem give high priority to Material specification )

   2.  Inspection plan(T.code:QP01) assign usage 09,status 04, select the operation tap and

        assign sequence of operations & control key (QM01)with tick on inspec char required.   

   3.  Select the required operation and click on inspection chart tap and assign MIC(Master  inspection characteristics ) and sample procedures and save.

   4.  Note: Inspection plane validity date must be past (02-01-2013) compare to inspection lot created date (03-01-2013) as per ur screen shot.

   5.  Now do the stock transfor automatically inspection lot will crate, if Task list is available it will assign to inspection plan automatically and show status as REL  CALC SPRQ otherwise it will show the status as CRTD CHCR SPRQ (Please try to assign the tasklist/spec & sample manually).

Please give complete screen shot of Inspection Specifications tab in QA02. Also give Inspection Plan with MIC screen shot.

In QA02, under Sample tab, click Sample Calculator button. If sample size is displayed there, then only Inspection Lot will get released. Else it will not.

Spro-->QM-->Quality inspection-->inspection lot Creation-->Maintain inspection type-->select 08 inspection type-->Assign Physical sample type as Unknown sample type as 08 as shown below screen shot.

Hi Kunal ,

In you screen shot , sample size is not calculated . Assign sampling procedure to MIC and reassign this MIC in inspection plan .

Then in QA02 , calculate sample size manually .

Go to QP02 -Change inspection plan & click on Consistency check field & get back. As per you said, Inspection plan created after inspection lot creation. Please go to change the inspection plan & enter key date say as one day before i.e. 02.01.2013 & then assign.

Hi,

Please check the Key date of Inspection plan that you created, this date should be before the inspection lot key date.

If not then change the key date of Inspection lot after the Inspection lot creation date.

GO to QA02 . over there check the task list asigned to inspeciton lot or not . If even after assigning task list(ie inspection plan) the status is CRTD then check sample size is being calculated or not . If not then assign ssampling procedure to MIC and then recalculate sample size in lot .

Please check the following condition

Material code assigned to the relevant insp plan

Check insp plan creation date & date of creation of insp lot.

For 08 insp type usage should be 5 not 9
