solution manger 7.1 support packages error

HI Gurus

   i have installed sap solution manger 7.1 , i upgrade the  Kernal and spam properly, The thing solman 7.1 comes with  sp04 level , i want to upgrade the sp packs. so download the support packs from the smp . so i was upgrade the software compnet SAP_BASIS Release is 702 and highest support package is  sapkb70209 to sapkb70210 i got the be bellow error  phase ADDON_CONFLICTS _?: EXPLANATION OF  ERROR I HAVE Enclose the screen shot for this error

please kindly help me how to resolve this issue

Hi,

There is add-on conflict while you are trying to upgrade Basis SP. As written in the bottom of the screen, you need to include CRT to avoid this conflict.

Hi,

You can download this from SWDC on SMP. Search for package SAPKITL705 and you will get the required package. Uncar it in trans directory and reload queue in SPAM.
