How to correct the history data in Infocube ?

All,

Few records in the history data are missing with a particular characteristics value. This value is one of our CVC characteristics. This data is of year 2011 and for specific month/ materials.

Because of the missing value in a field, the CVC are not generated correctly and the data never loads to the Planning Area for specific records.

We are not able to use the Realignment steps to correct. Please suggest how we can correct this history data and hence the planning area data. Let me know if you need anymore info.

Sorry but I didn't get you question correctly do you want to edit the data in infocube itself???

or you wnat to edit the loaded history data in Planning area

or

????

Hello Anurag,

Aim is to correct the missing data in planning area. Problem is, data never loads to Planning area as the CVCs are missing because of a missing characteristics in InfoCube. 

We thought of correcting the Infocube with the correct value of characteristics so that the CVC can generate correctly for missing records.

Not sure if there is a way to edit the cube data for specific records.

Hello Ashish,

In that case you have to re load the infocube with the corrections in place.

As per my knowledge you can't  change the Info cube data.
