Live Cache Upgrade to 7.9.7.9 in a cluster environment

We have Live Cache HA in a MSCS, Windows 2008R2 and are upgrading it to LC 7.9.7.9. We were able to upgrade node A with no issues, we used standard Live Cache upgrade proceedure and also refered to note 508979 for cluster steps. When upgrading node B, we moved all cluster resources to node B than ran upgrade tools:

LCUPDATE.BAT -s <SAPSID> –d <liveCache name> -u <DBM,DBM password>

Also tried to run SDBSETUP.exe

But neither tools responde and we are unable to upgrade node B.

Has anyone run into this issue? Can someone please assist?
