How to delete documents from Tcode.FBL3N

I would like to delete a document from Tcode. FBL3N. whch Tcode I have to go and reverse this.kindly help me on this.

Hello

The following procedure is to be followed to reverse the cleared document.

1. Reset the cleared document and reverse the document.

Path # Accounting --> financial Accounting --> C/L > Document> Reset Cleared items - T. code : FBRA

In this screen select resetting and reverse radio button and give the reversal reason. : 01 and save the settings.

Hi....Not sure what the business requirement is......but you cant noramally delete a document.

If you have to reverse a single document use T.code FB08 and in case u r doing mass reversal, it is F.80.

The case of Resetting and reversing a document arises only in case that correponding document has been cleared(ie., you received payment from customer and u recorded the payment and still you want to reverse the same document, system will not allow u to do so, in such cases FBRA is resorted to)

Pls let me know if something is needed in addition.

You cannot delete any documents. The only option is to reverse the document

I think you can do it using FB08 OR F.80

Talk to a FI Consultanat he might be able to through more light
