System peak load time and no of users

Hi,

I need to find out the system peak load period and number of users at that  time .

and which batch/background job took more time

Please provide the steps for an ECC system .

I would appreciate your help

Hi,

You can use combination of ST03n statistics and CCMS Alerts to determine both system peak and number of logged in users.

1. For System Peak Load, use ST03n -> Expert mode &  check for various combinations of time periods to determine

2. For Concurrent users : You can configure the alert in RZ20 -> SAP CCMS Monitor Templates -> Dialog Overview -> Users Logged On .

Hi,

For system resource you can check ST06 -> Detail Analysis menu -> Display across server

For SAP users and btc job, go to ST03N -> Export Mode -> Select your particular week/day -> Time profile.
