Hi All

We have a Requirement where

IF Possible

(1) I want Make the Field To Unrestricted Use as Mandatory .

(2) Put an Error Message if no Value is Entered in Field

          To Unrestricted Use or Return Delivery Through Some USER EXIT

(3) Should not allow to Save the Usage Decision(UD)

Right now it is Giving the Information Message i want to Convert that into Error Message

Please Suggest is there any User Exit , BADI , BAPI available to Set the Error Message on that Fields .

Hi Shiva,

I guess you want to prevent UD unless complete stock posting is done. If so, have a look on sap note 44923. You can explore the concept if status profile which can easily be customized to achieve this.

Its a standard functionalit to make any field requied on stock posting tab.

For Ist and 2nd requirement can be fufill by-

1. Run t-code OQFA and give module pool  SAPMQEVA and click on change and choose required option against that field.

2. For third requiement you have to use staus profile as suggested by others.
