JDBC Channel Lock Issues!

Hello,

We have a issue with JDBC production channel where all of a sudden it stopped working.

Please find the error message

Server 00 25_2562154

Cannot acquire lock for key b098a81c845e321a85f532fb03791ea1 due to collision with lock owner I2012123120005231800000ls-sap-lx02...............256215450. The processing will be retried.

There are similar channels which are accessing the same server and runs without any issues.

Cannot acquire lock for key b098a81c845e321a85f532fb03791ea1 for 10 polling intervals. The lock is in use by server .256215450. For further analysis take thread dumps on server node .256215450 according to SAP Note 1095473.

Let me know what went wrong.

Is there any way to identify details of this problem?

I had the same problem and had to restart the service PI.

I just cancelled those locks in the NWA.
