Hi ALL

I have below mentioned days and hours maintained in table T706V (Define Per Diem for Meals) Can someone please clarify the meaning of this entry.

Ist Entry - Number of Days is 7 and Number of Hours 24, Per Diem  maintained for this entry is 60 EUR

2nd Entry - Number of Days is 21 and Number of Hours is 24, Per Diem  maintained for this entry is 70 EUR.

Does this mean for trips which last from 1 to 7 days, perdiem is 60 EUR and for trip which are more than 7 days but less than 21 days, Per Diem is 70 EUR.

If yes - What is the purpose of Number hours maintained in these entries.

Also I am facing an error while creating a trip Involving meals Per Diem. I am able to understand only half part of it.

Error - Entry not found in table T706V. Argument EGP 1ZZDG10012420121229

EG - trip provision variant

P - PD/Flat rate

1 - Trip Activity Type

ZZ - Trip Country

D - Reimbursement Group for Meals/Accommodation statutory

G1 - Reimbursement Group for Meals/Accommodation - Enterprise Specific.

I am not able to Understand the rest of the Part 0012420121229

Any Inputs would be highly appreciated.

Regards

SD

Hi,

Foe few Europeon countries the expense reimbursement is with respect to time. So the no of hours in t706V table is used to identify the travel hours hours for one day.

Thanks,
