BELNR is missing

Hi Experts,

When we are going to vf02 document flow we are getting the accounting document number but when we are checking in vbrk table the vale of the accounting document is missing. BELNR is missing in vbrk table.

plese guide me for the issue

Hi,

You are passing into wrong table pass accounting number to table: BSID for the filed of : BELNR (Document Number) instead of VBRK to see the document.

Use table BSEG and pass Your accounting number in BELNR

Just wanted to point out that BSID table is for open items only and by this time accounting document might have already been cleared and moved to BSAD table.

Tables for all the accounting documents are BKPF (header) and BSEG (line items).
