How to pass text to ship to party in smartform ?

Hi Experts,

Please tell me the solution for :

Actually in delivery VL02n tcode after PGI everything will be graded out so here i have two requirements:

1.  Need to enable text tab for that i got OSS note i implemented but how to do the validations means not able to find run time values.

2.  Once text tab will be enable then next if we enter text in text editor that should appear in ship to party how it will appear for this where i need to write code ?

    Please consider it is urgent issue so .

    Kindly provide me the solution ASAP..

Your explanation is not clear.  Do you mean to say as and when you update some text in delivery, the same should be updated in Ship To master also ?  If that is the case, imagine, in a month or year, if you generate bulk deliveries, where will these texts should get stored ?
