how to keep 3 sales prices for one material

we are into wholesale business using SAP R/3 SD module for sales, we want to have 3 sales prices for few of our materials where materiel code remains same.

for example if material ABC with description of rice need to have selling 3 types of prices i.e 25 and 28 and 30. where by default system needs to pickup the higher price but cashier can able to select any one of available prices before saving a sales order from available above given 3 prices.

please suggest how can we configure in the system using SD module.

Hi Amuda,

not sure which pricingcondition you will use to determine the pricing, but YMRK there is an option "scales" where you can set a pricinglevel based on quantity, which is more than likely the reason why you would offer a better price than "standard" e.g. you can set a price (based on markup % for 1 piece on cost + 20%, 2-5 on 18% and 6+ on 15%. not sure if you have a webportal connected to your SAP ERP, but those scales can be displayed online also to seduce the customer to buy more in 1 go to get a better price (and you the efficiency of 1 order with higher value)

regards

Hi Amuda,

You can maintain the price of same article for 3 different price lists. Do not assign any price list in customer master. When the sales order is to be created, before saving you can change the price list in sales order and get required pricing.
