How to trigger alert mails in sap DMS, Eg: i have send the document for approval from depatment to MD. And MD was not apporving for more than 3 days. It is just lying in his inbox. i want to send auto alertmail to MD for approving, want to know is any thing available in config so that this requirements can be met?
