HI All,

I am not aware on how to find the particular T-code used by specific location users in SUIM.

I need to pull all the users who use the particular T-codes in some specific location.

Could you please help me with this.

Hi Archana,

To get similar information, you have to enable security audit, This can be done maintaining the below parameters:

DIR_AUDIT

FN_AUDIT

rsau/enable

rsau/max_diskspace/local

rsau/max_diskspace/per_day

rsau/max_diskspace/per_file

rsau/selection_slots

rsau/user_selection

Further, to get the details you have to goto SM20 ----- in events tab give the client/user details + few others and in the extras tab provide the terminal details and tcode information.....

However, from here you cannot get information about locations..... this is terminal specific..... So if u know the terminal of some particular user..... which u can find out easily...... u can trace the users activity.....

Hello

If you looking to retrieve the details of the users who executed a particular transaction with the terminal details then you need enable Security Audit Log.

By the way did you try the Tx STAD. It provides a reasonable info.

try this and let us know if it works for you:-

1. Go to SUIM.

2. Open User from User Information system.

3. Open Users by complex selection criteria.

4. Now, select By Transactional authorization.

5. There enter TCODE for which you want corresponding users using it and press F8

Hi Archana,

You can find it with the work around as : from ST03 -> Transaction Profile -> select the T-code for which you want to find out the users and double click on the same to see the list of users who used it. Now go to SUIM -> Users by address data, here you can find the users with different categories of address, if address data is being maintained in SAP system then you can choose from those and later compare the results of both to exclude the users for the particular t-code with particular location.

  The issue is pretty simple.

Please go to SUIM -> user -> users by Complex selection Criteria -> Users by Complex selection Criteria

In the selection by Values section, under authorization object1  -> type the S_TCODE  and press enter .

You will get four boxes. in the first box type the tcode which you want to find.

Again in the authorization object 2 -> Type the authorization object of the location you want to search and press enter. ( You can get the authorization object of the company code from a role which is assigned to a tcode that you want to search) .

You will get the four boxes. Enter the values and execute. You will get the list of users accessing the Tcodes .

What does the 'specific location' users mean?. Have you tried SUIM -> Users by complex selection criteria?
