Availability check authorization

Dear Experts,

We need to put authorization block on Availability check in VA01 and VA02. The authorized user may only do the Availability check in the system in order to make sure no one confirms more than the allowed Quantity for delivery.  

The case : We have implemented a SAP note to Credit management where the system is now releasing complete sales order quantity .
this was done in order to avoid multiple credit checks caused due to repetitive production and confirmation , which caused a block to the sales order. Hence
the system was changed in a way that it now releases complete sales order quantity. This now allows the user to confirm as many times as possible without
a block. But at the same time if the complete order quantity is available in stock , it will automatically confirm the full , and to restrict the user from
this we need an authorization block on the availability check. After Releasing the credit block, the Accountant will have the authorization to confirm the
required Qty in sales order which cannot be changed by any other user.

Is there any standard procedure to controls this.

To my knowledge there is no authorisation object for availability check which you can check with your Basis team.  Alternatively, you can try with Function Module AVAILABILITY_CHECK_CONTROLLER
