operation mode switch with CCMS alert

I want to Configure CCMS alert and auto reaction in solution manager so that whenever either of dialog/background process type is completely occupied automatic operation mode switch gets activated in which dialog/background WP are more than the current available WP.

Please suggest.

Hi Ashwin,

Thanks for your reply but my main aim is to switch operation mode automatically as soon as any of the wp type gets completely occupied.
