pricing condition change restriction

Dear experts,

We are in a situation where an authorized person from accounts dept. can input the Pricing Condition for discount manually. But later the sales user can change the discount  by going into va02. Is there any way to restrict the sales users to avoid change in the specific price condition for discounts in sap standard.

Ex: Sales scenario - Sales coordinator will create sales order if there is any discount required he will communicate with accounts dept. accounts clerk will maintain the discount condition in VA02 but later sales user also can able to modify or do some changes in this discount value

eg: if accounts maintain discount Rs. 50 sales can change it to Rs.100 we want to restrict sales users he should not modify this value.
