Tcode BSP_WD_CMPWB

This can be done with enhancing BSP application "AIC_INCIDENT_H"

View - AIC_INCIDENT_H/IncidentHeaderEF

There you can choose many of methods to do it f.e. redefine DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT

Thanks for solution.

I have tried according with your suggestion to hide "New" button. I have tried to write some coding to Hide the "New" button but unsuccessful.

Therefore It is requested to pls share/provide the coding to hide the button.

I'm not sure but would juggle with the CRM order authorizations.
